This website provides general information about a residential property participation programme operated by Thaireitcrowd Co., Ltd. The website is informational. It does not constitute an offer, solicitation or recommendation to invest, purchase or otherwise commit capital.

2. Free consultation

The consultation requested through the form on this website is free of charge and entails no commitment. Participation in any residential property project is subject to a separate written agreement reviewed and signed by both parties.

Thaireitcrowd Co., Ltd. is not a bank, securities firm or financial institution. It does not offer deposit guarantees. This website is not regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) or by the Bank of Thailand (BOT). Participation in residential property projects involves risks, including the possible partial or total loss of capital.

4. Eligibility

The programme is intended for adults resident or domiciled in the Kingdom of Thailand aged between 40 and 65 (born between 1960 and 1985). Thaireitcrowd Co., Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any consultation request without justification, in line with applicable Thai law.

5. Intellectual property

All text, images, trademarks and graphics on this website are the property of Thaireitcrowd Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Reproduction in any form without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thaireitcrowd Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Past performance of residential projects does not guarantee future results.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
