Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Thaireitcrowd Co., Ltd. ("Thaireitcrowd", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors and prospective participants of the residential property participation programme through the website thaireitcrowd.com.
1. Data controller
Thaireitcrowd Co., Ltd., Company Registration No. 0105566012345, with registered office at 999/9 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Kingdom of Thailand, acts as the data controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
2. Data we collect
When you complete the consultation form we collect your full name, email address and the date of submission. When you browse the website we collect device, browser, language and aggregated traffic data through cookies (subject to your consent). We do not collect financial account information through this website.
3. Purpose of processing
Your personal data is used to provide the requested free consultation, to send you information about active residential projects in your region, to comply with applicable Thai law (including PDPA and anti-money-laundering obligations) and to improve the website. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your explicit consent (PDPA Section 19), the performance of a pre-contractual request initiated by you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Retention
Consultation request data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion. Anonymised analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months. Records required by law are retained for the periods mandated by Thai legislation.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights write to hello@thaireitcrowd.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
7. International transfers
Personal data is hosted on infrastructure located inside Thailand. Where data is processed outside Thailand by sub-processors, we ensure adequate safeguards in line with PDPA requirements.
8. Security
We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted transport (TLS 1.2+), restricted access on a need-to-know basis, regular review of access logs and staff confidentiality undertakings.
